It's kind of unfortunate that one of the first phase 4s, Utterly Pathetic, was stolen and used as a phase 6. However, essentially nobody uses Phase 6s based on it in their AUs nowadays, thanks to the efforts of the Diarchy and other creators pushing its true identity as a phase 4. It currently has a pretty comfortable home in EUC Last Breath: Ignotus, a branch of EUC Breath dedicated to showing off relatively obscure phases or those that are sidelined in most extensions. Its story remains unclear just from the design alone, however in Ignotus, it builds on the "nuking" aspect introduced in EUC Breath, meaning Sans remains relatively stable throughout the AU. Utterly Pathetic being stolen is what caused Intelligence Dissonance to be created - Depressed Italian didn't want to use a stolen phase for Endless Breath, so he created Intelligence Dissonance, which went on to be the primary phase 6.

This is what was meant by KP-4b overcompensating for Utterly Pathetic - Intelligence Dissonance, the phase 6 created in response to the Utterly Pathetic controversy, being used as a phase 4 like Utterly Pathetic.
